I drove from Noblesville to this dealership for a Honda Odyssey—about an hour. We are a family of 7 and needed to trade in a telluride because we just didn’t fit in it. We wanted to be back in on the van mom life. JR was so helpful, no pressure and really worked with us to make us happy. Very happy with our experience and will use him again. So thank you, JR!

Friendly but not pushy. They let you take you time and look over the selection of car models. Allowed for a very thorough test drive on all the vehicles I needed to consider.

Great experience here at this location. The online team was great with communication via text messaging. Joe, Jessika.Ashley were great to work with during this process. I was able to se tie financing with them, get a good vehicle and complete most of the process via text and phone calls before coming into the dealership. Service here is fairly quick and easy considering they are changing the oil, topping fluids, checking alignment and doing an all points inspection... for free! It comes with the purchase a new Hyundai. Most importantly, even though my Hyundai was purchased at another location, they are taking care of all of my needs here. They even helped me setup free features I didn't know were available, like the Bluelink system. This is my now my favorite Hyundai service and future sales location. Thanks Ray Skillman!

I’m just a momma of two littles who called in a desperate attempt to get into something quickly - and quickly was an understatement when Jess got to work ! In a matter of 3 hours I was into a new vehicle, low monthly and perfect fit for us ! I did NO sitting around at all ! She knocked everything out I came in on my break signed the papers and got handed the keys ! Perfect execution!

Eva sold me my new car at the big tent event. I told her what I wanted and my expectations, and she delivered exactly what I wanted - she even got my payment lower than what I was expecting. The whole process was smooth and very fast! As long as Eva is selling cars, she will be my go-to on all my vehicles.

After shopping around for a while for both used and new car options and visiting multiple dealerships; over 8+ dealerships doing test drives and working specifically with sales agents, getting their sales cards, negotiating best prices and performing & receiving follow up phone calls on both new and used cars. Out of all the dealership experiences I had, Tyler Gamble stood out as an amazingly authentic and helpful sales associate that I would buy from again and again. Quinton Tibbott and Kevin Knafel were amazing sales managers in the process as well. I felt extremely well heard for what I was looking for, and they left me excited to have made the decision to purchase with them, and trusting them with my car in the future. I could speak negatively about some of the specific bad experiences I had at other dealerships, but I want to stress, this dealership did not a stand out to me just because the absence of those negative experiences, but because the unique personable positive experiences I had here. I came in specifically requesting the deal that was listed on the hyundaiusa.com website. It was that deal that made me interested in a new car and not a used car. While I am going to refrain from diving into all of the details of the negative experiences I had with the hyundai dealership on the Northside while trying to get the same deal. When I worked with Tyler, I test drove the car, I stated I wanted the deal that was listed on hyundaiusa.com as available until 07JUL2025, and him and the managers had it drafted correctly the very first time with in 5 minutes. On the Northside, I went back and forth over 5-6 times for over an hour with sales managers to get anything close to the posted deal and I left without them even getting to the posted deal. Tyler and the managers had it right the first time, 5 minutes after getting back from the test drive and without knowing the negative experience I had with hyundai on the Northside. That type of clarity, and treatment builds trust for the future relationship I'm going to have with the dealership in future maintenance of my new car. This is a place I feel I could send my 80 year old mother to buy a car, without any concern of them trying to falsely mark up costs. I know the team that I listed will treat her as if it were their own mother. I will buy from this specific dealership over and over again provided it stays with the exceptional leadership and team that they have developed. This was truely a uniquely positive experience in purchasing an automobile. I can't speak highly enough of the team I interacted with.

Courtney was incredibly helpful when I called to get an estimate for a multipoint inspection. She had all the information I needed and then some; she was genuine and helped me to understand the details of the inspection and health of my vehicle. I would highly recommend this location purely based on the very human experience I had there, that is so uncommon in business these days.

I recently visited Hyundai for a few minor car issues, and had a good experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and addressed my issues.

Darla was friendly and adept, staying in regular communication with me and answering all of my questions. After the credit check, Kevin got me an out-the-door price on the car the same day, something three other dealerships failed to do after weeks of negotiations. On the day of receipt, I drove to pick-up the car and was given what I felt was red carpet service; Darla gave me an orientation drive in the new car, setup BlueLink for me, and explained the all of the features. Aside from a printer snafu, the financing process was efficient, transparent, with zero pressure. By the time I made my 2 hour drive home, I was already familiar with the car and well satisfied with the entire process. Darla even answered some questions the following week. From start to finish, I can definitely recommend the team at Ray Skillman Southside Hyundai.

I purchased some tires from Hyundai about 6 months ago and recently I had a tire issue. I called and spoke to Stephen in service about the issue and he promptly addressed my concern. He ordered the tire and notified me when the tire was received and got me scheduled. Once I arrived at the dealership, he greeted me at my car immediately, verified all my information and reconfirmed my concern. He then directed me to the very nice waiting area. Durning my wait, I had a question, and he answered it with great knowledge. While in the service write up area, there are 3 ladies there that were very helpful and a great pleasure to talk to. The lady (I believe her name is Jennifer) was very helpful as well and professional. Once the car was done, Stephen went over the service and also the multipoint inspection. Ok, I decided to wait for about 3 months before I wrote this review regarding my experience with Ray Skillman Southside Hyundai. Back in January of 2022 my wife and I were looking for a Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy. Due to COVID our local dealer in Terre Haute, IN didn’t have any and wasn’t expecting any until April or beyond. So we decided to look to Indianapolis for dealerships and came across Ray Skillman. From my house to the dealership one way is 77 miles. So, I called the dealership and was connected to Tyler. I told him what I wanted, and in the end the 77 mile trip was worth it. We got what we wanted for a better price. The entire deal was completed in less than one hour. My review of this experience can be seen on the website. Well, come to find out that the 2024 models of the Hyundai Santa Fe added an additional row of seats and was a bit bigger than our Calligraphy so we went to our local dealership in Terre Haute once again to see about trading in our current vehicle. To be honest, our Terre Haute dealership, who I had dealt with for years prior to COVID was terrible. The sales representative was very difficult to deal with, and I personally felt like she was not knowledgeable regarding the features of the vehicle. So, one again I called Ray Skillman and asked for Tyler. I told him what I was looking for; in this case it was a 2024 Santa Fe Limited. He let me know what he had. He mentioned that he had one in green which immediately caught my wife’s attention. So once again we drove the 77 miles to their dealership. And once again within one hour we drove out with our new Santa Fe. We had a better deal with a lower interest rate than with our Calligraphy, and to this day are completely happy. Now, I have been a devoted Hyundai owner. I have owned 4 Sonatas, 1 Tucson, and now 3 Santa Fes. It’s save to say I am happy. I have never had any major problems with any of the vehicles I have owned. Of those eight vehicles, all but the last two were bought locally. And should I ever need to buy another Hyundai, it will be at Ray Skillman. And as long as Tyler is there, he will be the only salesman that I will deal with, though I would imagine that any salesman would be just as good. Tyler, with both of my deals didn’t have me leave the lot until I was comfortable with the features my car offered. He is also very faithful in following up weeks and even months later to insure you are pleased with your vehicle. Now, at this same time my brother-in-law purchased a 2025 Grand Cherokee Limited. I had the privilege to help him set up the different options his vehicle had to offer. So, I just wanted to give a comparison. Yes, when I bought my vehicle I also purchased the extended warranty, the rim and tire package (which I had to use 2 weeks ago when I blew a tire on a pothole which saved me $412.00), and their top of the line Ziebart package. I have no regrets. But when I looked at the Grand Cherokee Limited compared it to my Hyundai Santa Fe Limited. There is absolutely no comparison. They both cost about the same, maybe the Grand Cherokee a bit more, but when it comes to all the features, the Grand Cherokee doesn’t even begin to come close. I would never consider the Cherokee after having driven the Santa Fe. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone; before you shop for another comparable vehicle, take the time, go to Ray Skillman and test drive a Santa Fe and get the low down on all it has to offer. After you find out what it has and how comfortable it is to drive, any other vehicle in this class won’t do. And I emphasize to be sure to compare apples to apples. So there you have it. No better deal than what you’ll get at Ray Skillman. No better attitude that what Tyler will present to you. No pressure to buy. And I truly feel that they are concerned about your needs and how they can come to a deal that will meet those needs in the price you can afford. Thank You Ray Skillman and Tyler
