Purchased a new vehicle & after we paid cash & were ready to leave I mentioned they hadn't given us the other key fob. We were told it had been lost & they would have to make a new one. When we get home & start going over all the features we realize the key fob we had been given was missing the key. It's been over 6 weeks since we purchased the vehicle & after numerous calls, still no key fob. As for the key, they want us to make an appointment with their locksmith to make a new key, expecting us to drive the 45 miles back to their dealership. I would definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle.

I just got a hyundai venue from this location and the only reason it was a great experience was because I worked with Blake Newlin! Going to a car dealership is irritating because they are DESPERATE for your sale, you’re just another dollar sign to them, it’s gross. BLAKE NEWLIN WILL NOT MAKE YOU FEEL THAT WAY!! He’s just incredibly helpful and wants to help you find your perfect car! I’d buy a car from him any day! Request Blake if you ACTUALLY want to feel like you’re being taken care of instead of feeling pressured to buy something. :)

Had a great experience here. Our salesman, Gebrill Caldwell, knew every detail about the car. I asked a LOT of questions, and he had all the answers. Negotiating was very friendly and low-drama, and we never felt pressure or deception. It took about two hours, and that includes the test drive. I was happy with that.
