2024 Hyundai Elantra Trim Level Breakdown
What Are the Trims For the 2024 Hyundai Elantra?
The 2024 Hyundai Elantra is available in four different trim levels, starting with the base SE trim and going up to the N Line trim. The prices for these trims range between $22,740 and $29,580. Ray Skillman Southside Hyundai takes an in-depth look at all the 2024 Hyundai Elantra trim levels.
2024 Hyundai Elantra SE: Affordable Basics
For the base price of $22,740, you’ll get the 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that makes 147 horsepower. The Elantra SE is quite efficient with up to 41 MPG on the highway and 32 MPG in the city. Standard safety on the SE includes traction control and a pedestrian detection system. Some key standard tech includes remote keyless entry and a smartphone interface. Alloy wheels are standard on the Elantra SE. It’s a pretty basic model, but it also has an attractive affordable price.
2024 Hyundai Elantra SEL: A Step Up
The 2024 Hyundai Elantra SEL model starts at $24,690 and it features the same engine as the base SE trim. Unlike the SE trim, the SEL offers an available collision warning system to add to your safety features. Some standard tech not found on the base trim includes proximity keyless entry, push-button engine start, a navigation system, and real-time traffic information. For niceties, the SEL also offers an optional leather-wrapped steering wheel.
2024 Hyundai Elantra Limited: More Extra Features
The Elantra Limited trim starts at $28,180 and it also has the same engine present in the lower two trims. This is the first trim in the lineup that features a standard surround-view camera, power driver’s seat, and Premium Radio. Otherwise, the Limited has the same tech and infotainment features as the SEL trim. For niceties, a leather-wrapped steering wheel is standard on the Limited trim.
2024 Hyundai Elantra N Line: Premium Power
Considering that the Elantra N Line trim is only about $1,000 more than the Limited, but packs in quite a few extra features, we’d recommend picking it for the most features that the Elantra has to offer. The N Line features a more powerful engine with a turbocharged 1.6-liter that makes 201 horsepower. Fuel economy isn’t terribly affected with a combined MPG of 31. The N Line also adds a rear spoiler for a sporty look, and a dual-clutch automatic transmission is standard on this trim only.
Which 2024 Hyundai Elantra Trim Should You Choose?
In general, we like to recommend the midrange SEL trim for its attractive balance of price and features. For roughly $2,000 more, you’ll get a hands-free trunk release and access to the SEL Convenience package, which adds a larger digital cluster, plus heated front seats, a smartphone charging pad, adaptive cruise control, and more. If more power is your main consideration, then the sportier N Line is the way to go.
